Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders fairly quick, therefore we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. To efficiently cancel your order from us under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, you can simply refuse delivery at the door or follow our returns process within 14 days of receipt of your delivered goods. The cancellation right does not apply to the products listed as non-returnable items.

Faulty or Damaged items

If any item delivered to you by us arrives in a state of fault or damage or is otherwise not in accordance with our contract with you, then we will happily replace the item for free or refund the item.  It is incumbent on the purchaser to identify the faulty goods on day of delivery and take photos right away preferably with the item in box. If the buyer does not notify the us of any defects after meticulous examination would have brought to light within 4 (four) calendar days of delivery, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as they were delivered and accepts that any right of protest beyond that deadline shall expire. Please note that we will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is damaged or faulty.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

The exercise of the right of return is subject to the following mandatory conditions and, in particular, the Product must be returned:

a) Without obvious signs of use that would diminish the value and prevent its resale: used products, which indicate signs of use other than that required by their nature and characteristics or damage or dirt, will not be accepted.

b) Properly packed in the original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged or soiled) and with all accessories, if any, instructions for use and documentation. To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended that this be placed inside another box, when possible, without affixing the original tapes that are not transparent.

c) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase within the returned package.

The right of return cannot be exercised if these conditions are not complied with.

Non-Returnable Items

Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
